The BBQ bosses behind Smoak have grafted for years to perfect their recipes and become the go-to for gourmet street food, building their own custom smoker and designing Glasgow's first gourmet food truck before accepting residencies at places like TriBeCa, Pivo Pivo and The Variety Bar.

Foodies across the city rejoiced when they gained their own premises, an ambient restaurant in Merchant City. The menu is prepared by classic-trained chefs, with steak, chicken, burgers and ribs all locally sourced and dry rubbed, or 'smoaked' over hardwood for up to fourteen hours to give them that signature Smoaky taste. Scottish whiskey oakwood chips, hickory and applewood are used depending on the meat, to give dishes distinctive smoky flavours which showcase the brand's expertise perfectly. 

It's a BYOB policy, so you can choose your poison, with a £2.50 corkage charge.
