Old Salty's

We’ve heard it referred to as the ‘hipster chipster’ on more than one occasion – basically, if you want your fish supper served with a side of cool, head to Old Salty’s. With de rigueur exposed brick walls and mismatched seating, it certainly looks the part. A “traditional chippy and café”, Old Salty’s is open for every meal of the day, from breakfast to that essential snack after stumbling out of its neighbouring Finnieston pubs. Sit in or take away, there’s all the usual chip shop suppers (albeit with a choice of four types of fish) to those you might not expect – how about scallops or schnitzel with your chips?
