Loop & Scoop

They're Kim K's fave, and now they could be yours too! Glasgow's West End has been graced with the UK's first churro and gelato bar, Loop & Scoop, so you never have to worry about any post-holiday churro cravings again.

The new sweet tooth haven is the first solo venture from Glasgow entrepeneur Calvin Kayes, who has worked in his family catering business for 16 years. Kayes travelled to Madrid to achieve the perfect authentic recipe for the loop to his scoop and developed a range of different churros to choose from, including the signature loop and nutella filled churros, as well as a range of toppings.

As for the scoop, Kayes enlisted help from his wife Serena, who delved into her family recipes to create 12 flavours of handmade ice cream, including all the classics and the occassional themed variation.
