Xscape Braehead

Since its grand ceremonial opening by none other than X Factor judge Danni Minogue in 2006, Xscape Braehead has grown into so much more than just an indoor ski slope. Boasting video arcades, clothes shops, crazy golf, a laser quest, bowling, a cinema and countless chain restaurants, few will have the opportunity to get bored or hungry here.

For the less sedentary amongst us, Xscape also has a climbing wall and an adrenaline boosting fan drop for adventure junkies who wish to experience the feeling of free falling. It's also open every single day of the year (apart from Christmas, unfortunately), so you'll almost never have to worry that one day you'll wake up wishing you could simulate plummeting to the earth, only to be met with the disappointment that your favourite indoor adventure centre is closed for the day.
