The menu is limited to healthy breakfast options and sandwiches, but what it lacks in variety it more than makes up for in freshness, with all-organic ingredients and freshly-baked bread served on a daily basis.

In the long term, Siempre seeks to become a community centre dedicated to promoting safe urban cycling, all of which is more than enough to let the awkward ‘Chain Store’ pun slide.
