If you can do one thing really well, everything else kind of builds itself around that. The pizza is the star of the show at Paesano, with everything else set up to let you enjoy it as much as possible. The restaurant itself is a vast, open space that manages to remain warm and comfortable, packing in big numbers without ever feeling crowded.

The menu is a simple selection of pizzas, each with a number which the waiter will swiftly scrawl on to your place mat after taking your order, streamlining the whole process and allowing for crazy fast service that never feels rushed. You want a beer with your pizza?
