Once Upon A Tart

Decorated entirely in black and pink, walking into Once Upon A Tart is like stumbling into a punky wonderland. With birdcages, chandeliers, mismatched furniture and dressing tables adorning this sprawling space, there’s plenty to look at – and that’s before you’ve even cast an eye over the cakes. It’s all about the cakes (and tarts) in here. The selection of homemade treats is ever-changing, but they’re always mouth-wateringly good to look at, and the portions are enormous. The menu also features brunch and lunch options, for those without a sweet tooth, and their sandwiches are generously sized, with interesting fillings. But we really do recommend that you get a cake, too…
