Hot Flame cater for that small but dedicated demographic looking for an insane amount of food at a reasonable price, a demographic you’re more likely to number yourself amongst in the midst of a crushing hangover. It’s something Hot Flame manage well, offering an all-you-can-eat, multi-continental buffet to customers. It’s a slightly intimidating experience, but one that should amply provide for unfussy tastes in need of significant nourishment.

It’d be a flagrant lie that everything on offer here is up to standard, but persevere – the Chinese section in particular is full of simple, satisfying dishes, and the Grill is a lifesaver for the unadventurous. The one question that remains is what constitutes ‘misuse’ of the buffet? Some things are better left unanswered.
