FC1 Arndale Food Market | Manchester M4 3AH
Pancho’s Burritos is a Mexican street food stall housed in Manchester’s Arndale centre. Pancho’s started life back in 2010, by husband and wife team Enrique and Colette. Mexico City born Enrique aspired to bring the taste of Mexico to his wife’s home city, and has proved so popular the duo (and business partner Klaus) now have two operations in the Arndale’s food market.
Choose from full-to-the-brim burritos, enchiladas, fajitas and other Mexican classics, with vegetarian and vegan options available for most dishes. There’s even a small selection of Mexican beers and tequilas to accompany your lunch. Siesta later, anyone? If you fancy cooking up a Mexican feast at home, Pancho’s Burritos also sells a range of hard-to-find ingredients, such as Achiote paste, cactus leaves and dried chillis.
Pancho's was also named as a winner in the Best of the Americas category in the North West in The Skinny Food and Drink Survey 2014. Check out the other winners as voted for by The Skinny readers and read our feature on all of the winners of our international food vote.
