11 Stevenson Square | Manchester M1 1DB
Formerly known as Kraak, this multi-purpose space can be found tucked away down an alley just off Stevenson Square, and has previously seen the likes of Jaws, Mint Royale and Menace Beach play in the small capacity venue.
Specialising mainly in live music gigs, the space also plays host to club nights, poetry and more, creating a great night out for fans of rock and psych music, Northern Soul or electro and house nights – with regular favourites including Wet Play, Black Bee Soul Club and LGBT faveourite, Pop Curious. The bar's pretty standard, but it's fairly priced and reflects the stripped-back charm of the joint.
The venue also provides two rehearsal rooms for bands to use cheaply, meaning Aatma supports all upcoming talent across all areas of the arts.
Opening hours vary depending on events, so check out our listings for more details.
