Bang in the middle of the west end’s bustling Ashton Lane, Radio is a cocktail and pre-club bar complete with affordable drinks and quiz night. Largely due to its location and relaxed atmosphere, Radio is often frequented by the surrounding student populace, and is usually heaving and very loud by a responsible person’s bedtime. In the day however, it’s a much more peaceful affair and you’ll be able to hook yourself up with some cheap and cheerful pub grub. In short, this inexpensive student bar pretty much does what it says on the tin.
