The family-owned restaurant/bistro/wine and cocktail bar proclaims its dedication to local influences, with menus practically bubbling over with imaginatively prepped seafood (whole wild seabass with a tomato and citrus balsamic dressing - Restaurant) and lusty Angus beef dishes (home-made 8oz burger - Bistro). An attention to local colour is also evident in the extensive and really quite innovative cocktail list; The Skinny already likes the sound of both Highland Fizz and Speyside Breakfast.
