Whilst the name gives away the aim of the game here, Dough’s real USPs are in its dedication to provide pizza for anyone — no matter choice of topping, or your food intolerance or allergy! Dough offer many of their pizzas as either gluten-free or dairy-free options, ensuring everyone can enjoy the foodstuff that unites mankind. With so many restaurants in the Northern Quarter, it can be hard to stand out, but Dough has found its niche, and with all dishes under £10, this pizza joint continues to prove popular with families and residents alike, and if pizza somehow isn’t your thing you’ll also find pasta and salads on the menu. It’s an independent restaurant, though it doesn’t feel too dissimilar to popular pizza chains, so you’ll pretty much know what to expect.
