Vodka Wodka has long been a staple of Glasgow’s renowned Ashton Lane. Not content to rest easy in their sanctified status, they decided to take their next level to the next level by converting the space above the bar into champion chicken joint Dixie Chick.

The lower half made its name by sticking to exactly that – vodka. A wide, well-priced selection and an array of killer cocktails made it a constant in the West End’s ever changing bar scene, a casual hang-out with a splash of style, the perfect place to grab a few chilled out drinks. Applying that same wisdom to its poultry-based extension, Dixie Chick won’t mess around with a hundred alternatives or food from four continents. It won’t mess around with reservations or stuffy service. It will serve up chicken, in a multitude of forms, dripping in all manner of delicious marinades, ready to be wolfed down alongside your choice of loaded and re-loaded fries.
