Hand-tempered on marble slabs by their own chocolatiers, utilising only organic ingredients with an emphasis on high content of cocoa and cocoa butter, you don't have to be a self-proclaimed chocaholic to be tempted by the Coco siren. With two shops in Edinburgh – in Bruntsfield and now on Broughton Street – where you can pick up their oh-so-tempting chocolate creations, you know where to head. You can also become a certified chocolate connoisseur (no, scoffing a large bar of Cadbury's on a daily basis does not a connoisseur make) by attending one of their tasting evenings. For those who want to take it a step further, they open their doors for 'Chocolate School' twice a month, where you not only learn about chocolate, but get to make your own too! Go on... It's all in the name of education, after all.
