Leith Folk Club

Leith Folk club prides themselves on “bringing worldwide folk music to a local audience”.  Started in 2004 the club is run by a group of volunteers on a not for profit basis using money made from ticket sales to pay musicians and maintain sound equipment. Every Tuesday evening at Victoria Park Hotle Leith Folk Club presents a volunteer opening act and paid main act. Bands and solo artists perform folk music from across the globe using all sorts of instruments including guitars, mandolins, harmonicas, accordions, trumpets and banjos.  Tickets can be bought prior to the performance or at the door, see the website for details.
