Baa Bar Deansgate Locks

Part of the Baa Bar chain of bars that revel in the party-hard mentality — it's the kind of place you can swap a quid for a shooter. Located in the converted arches of Deansgate Locks, alongside some of the city’s most popular clubs and bars, this bar is open ‘til late seven nights a week. Baa Bar’s science inspired cocktails — prepared by mixologists in white coats and served in conical flasks and measuring cylinders, obviously — are one of a kind, complete with ‘catalyst’ toppings to create weird and wonderful flavours. The free entry bar also has a couple of regular weekly nights, including Tuck Shop and Shut Up And Dance — a night dedicated to 90s hits. If it’s a midweek night out you’re after, Baa Bar offers two for one cocktails every Wednesday.
