After relocating from the Pubic Triangle to a shiny new store on Rose Street, Goodstead enjoyed two further years of success trading in box fresh vibes, Fred Perry jackets and all-round indie-mod chic.

Close enough to the high street to be easily accessible to shoppers in the capital but tucked safely away from the mainstream, Goodstead offered eye-catching clothing and accessories that spoke through the quality of materials and manufacture. From structured continental tailoring to laid-back urban Brit style, avant-garde independent labels were the heartbeat of this truly unique boutique, until it sadly took its last edgy breath in 2013.
