Crisply decorated Thai restaurant, sizzling with professional accolades and within hopping distance of Edinburgh's main shopping districts. The prawn-centric starter menu might not be for everyone (although we defy you to try the brilliantly translated "Lovely Lady" dish without loving it) but there's plenty of non-prawn, and indeed veggie options, to whet your appetite. What Dusit pulls off with particular, apparently effortless, aplomb is its incorporation of unconventional ingredients (haddock; guinea-fowl) into a menu which satisfies staunch traditionalists as well as those eager to spice up their experience of Thai cuisine.
