The Filling Station

With several joints around Edinburgh, The Filling Station is a coast-to-coast American restaurant and bar created with that American sensibility for good food, good drinks and good times. The menu features all the American classics; burgers, steaks, chicken wings, meatballs, club sandwiches, mac and cheese and uh… salads. There’s also a breakfast menu, because Americans really are pretty good at breakfast. Pancakes are served from 9am-noon everyday. To drink there’s a great selection of cocktails, beers, wines and milkshakes. Then if you still have room, the desserts are done as daily specials. One thing’s for sure, you won’t leave The Filling Station feeling hungry.
