The Dagda is a small and traditional pub with barrels, stained glass and leather seats – much as a pub should be. Weekly rotating guest ales and a hefty selection of whiskies add to the allure. Despite its proximity to studentville it is not your typcal university hang out, although the fiercely competitive Tuesday night pub quiz does tend to attract some brainy post grads.
