Pohoda (meaning wellbeing in Slovak) is a European Festivals Award-winning festival with a unique family-like atmosphere, which perfectly fits the meaning of its name. Alternative, indie, electronica, world music and punk meet classical; alongside literature, dance, visual arts, film and theatre at Pohoda, which takes place from 11-13 July at Trencin Airport, Slovakia.
When we sent Vic Galloway to Pohoda in 2015, he found "eclectic world class bill, friendly crowds, sunny weather, a glorious setting, cheap beer and tasty food". He said: "Pohoda lived up to its reputation. I’d recommend it to anyone who feels they deserve something better from a summer festival..."
This year’s line-up features a diverse mix of world-class acts. Lykke Li – whose track I Follow Rivers topped a poll of Pohoda visitors and followers earlier this year – joins Liam Gallagher, The Roots and Skepta. Elsewhere on the bill you'll find The 1975, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Mac DeMarco, Lianne La Havas, Death Grips, Mura Masa, Michael Kiwanuka, Jeff Mills and more. Check out the full line-up here.
We have two three-day tickets for Pohoda to give away to a pair of lucky readers; to be in with a chance of winning one of the tickets, simply answer the following question...
