Arndale Shopping Centre

Manchester Arndale is the city’s primary shopping centre, and is the largest of the ‘Arndale centres’ built in the 60s and 70s. With over 240 stores located within the Arndale, there are shops to suit all needs, ranging from high street chains to independent businesses. Stores vary from fashion, health and beauty, sports and leisure, home and children, and there are a number of restaurants including Bella Italia, Nando’s and Yo! Sushi. On top of that the Arndale holds a huge food court with a number of fast food establishments, including McDonald’s, Subway, and one of only three Taco Bells in the country. The centre is also connected to Marks & Spencers and Selfridges in Exchange Square, as well as the high end, designer shops on New Cathedral Street, where you’ll find the likes of Burberry, Michael Kors and Harvey Nicols.
