The Old Pint Pot

The Old Pint Pot is a student pub in Salford, right at the heart of Salford Cresent. It's got a real student vibe, although locals do come here in the evening, and it's a great place to kill time playing pool between lectures or grab some decently priced grub.

Right next to the River Irwell, its terrace a good place to sit outside with a pint on a sunny day; either with friends or on your own with a book. In fact, it's a surprisingly pretty location that you wouldn't expect to find at the heart of Manchester. 

Real ale and cider is available, as well as lunchtime meals, WiFi and live music. Karaoke takes place once a week and although it's a "no frills" kind of place, it's got a great atmosphere.
