Mojo Bar

Located off Deansgate, Mojo is tucked away amongst high street shops — not where you’d expect for a bar like this. But step inside and you’ll realise why this New York-style dive bar hangout is so well-loved for its unrivalled cocktail menu and rock n’ roll atmosphere. With ‘music for the people’ emblazoned above the bar in neon letters, and the walls plastered with music memorabilia, it’s clear to see that Mojo takes what they play seriously, and you’re likely to hear all sorts of indie and rock n’ roll music from the last fifty years here. Head down to Mojo in the day to try out their food menu, which serves up nachos, wings, and some monstrous burgers. It’s really all about the cocktails here though -— each one is, in their words, “mixed with a dash of epic”, and you’ll find plenty of classic drinks and more than a few of their own inventions.
