Sushiya

Sushiya onEdinburgh's Dalry Road is an itsy-bitsy-teenie-weenie sushi bar with only twenty-two seats to fill in its entire establishment. But it has to be said, good things come in small packages. Even the sushi comes in a slightly smaller size than usual – probably so as to deter the dreaded ‘nibble’ technique when a slightly overlarge, finely crafted piece of sushi arrives in front of you. None of that here! The menu features a good selection of tuna and salmon options as well as your noodle soups and a tasty sounding dumpling special. The only down side is you have to book in advance. But that’s hardly a downside really, now is it?
