Saiko Kitchen is the intriguing venture of Natalie Florance, who after visiting Vietnam decided to open a restaurant and bring the tastes of Asia to Scotland (and Marchmont!). Both a takeaway joint and a sit-in restaurant, Saiko Kitchen offers Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese dishes with classics such as Katsu Curry and Dim Sum sitting alongside some more exotic options which diners may not have encountered before. Everything is made from scratch using authentic, quality ingredients and the restaurant is a strong addition to the culinary landscape of Edinburgh’s Southside.
