As a vital part of Manchester’s ‘Vinyl Valley’, Piccadilly Records stocks the latest single and album releases on vinyl, CD and occasionally on cassette. They also sell record players, merchandise and a number of music magazines. On occasion they host events, including in-store live sessions, DJ sets and exclusive album playbacks. You’ll lose yourself as you flick through shelves of records, spanning multiple genres and always finding something interesting, whether it’s what you intended to pick up or not. It’s a shop that really cares for the interests of its customers — their friendly staff are always up for a chat about music and are keen to recommend new sounds to their customers.
