Win tickets to Scottish Dance Theatre’s Velvet Petal by Fleur Darkin

Just answer the simple question below - Tue 26 Mar

Win a pair of tickets to see Fleur Darkin’s Velvet Petal as it flies to Dundee this spring. Pretty boys and tough girls live life on the margins as they explore their identities in the surroundings of the bedroom floor. Inspired by the Polaroids by Robert Mapplethorpe and the lifecycle of the Monarch Butterfly, delve into a dirty world where objects and costumes around the dancers become part of the performance. The piece has evolved since its beginnings – and so has its accompanying soundtrack, with gritty tunes from Four Tet, Spoek Mathambo, PJ Harvey and James Holden.

We have two tickets to see Velvet Petal at Dundee Rep Theatre on either Friday 12 April or Saturday 13 April at 8pm to give away (please note, the show contains brief nudity and some adult themes). To be in with a chance of winning, simply fill in the form below and correctly answer this question:

What is Four Tet’s real name (not his stage name):

a) Steve Reid
b) Tim Key
c) Kieran Hebden

Entrants must be 18 or over. Winners cannot claim their prize against any other tickets or productions from Scottish Dance Theatre or from Dundee Rep. Winners will be notified by email and will have 48 hours to respond or the prize will be offered to another entrant. Winners can collect their tickets on the day of the performance from the box office at Dundee Rep Theatre. Proof of ID may be required. Our T&Cs can be found at theskinny.co.uk/about/terms
