A celebration of wonderful wildlife in songs and poetry with Joan Busby (mezzo-soprano), Brian Bannatyne Scott (bass), Walter Blair (piano) and Joshua Manning (reader). Arne's Cuckoo, Schubert's Die Forelle, Poulenc's Bestiaire, Grieg's Swan, Ravel's Le Paon and more (even Moussorgsky's Flea). Also including heartfelt poems by Thomas Hardy, DH Lawrence, Robert Burns... Not to be missed! Previously performed at the Ilkley Literature Festival and inspired by the work of acclaimed landscape and wildlife artist John Busby.
