Not your standard mousetrap, I J Mellis' high quality farmhouse cheese comes from unpasturised milk which keeps hold of that distinctive farmyard-y flavour and makes exceptionally tasty cheese. Wheels upon wheels of the stuff are piled high in the wee shop half way up Victoria Street, each with a name and detailed flavour description attached. The shop is small and cold, the perfect conditions for storing cheese, and there's a few oatcake accompaniments on offer as well.
