Maison de Moggy

Maison de Moggy is Scotland’s very first cat café. Based down on Grassmarket, the space is paradise for the twelve resident cats, who roam freely around the café and enjoy strokes from customers all day long. It’s £7 per hour to visit the café, an hour which goes all too quickly! Whilst you’re there you can enjoy the company of Ragdolls, a Maine Coon, Norwegian Forest Cats, Bengals, a wee Chinchilla Persian, a Sphynx and a chunky British Shorthair! All gorgeous. You can wander around the café and play with the cats, whilst enjoying a delicious range of cakes, loose teas and coffees. The kitties are all very well looked after and have a super area for play and exercise. There’s even a few cubbyholes for the cats to hide in, if it all gets too much. The cats are all remarkably zen and happy to play, making for a really lovely experience and a super place to enjoy the joy of cats!
