Glasgow-based duo Bossy Love have shared new track No Control, the second single taken from their upcoming debut EP Whiplash, due for release on 30 November.

Made up of producer and drummer John Baillie Jr and Australian singer-songwriter Amandah Wilkinson, Bossy Love's streak of releasing fantasically outlandish R'n'B-inflected pop singles, coupled with their always incredible live shows, have made them one of the most talked-about bands to come out of Scotland in recent years.

Of the new track, Wilkinson has said: "No Control is about letting the people you love know that you’re always gonna have their back, no matter what. No matter how much they try to push you away, you’ll stay there and do whatever it takes to let them know.”

Bossy Love are set to perform at Edinburgh's indoor multi-arts festival the Alternative Peers Ball at Assembly Rooms on Saturday 3 November alongside other local favourites Fatherson, The Xcerts, The Spook School, Kobi Onyame, Martha Ffion, Zoe Graham, Best Girl Athlete and Babe, who also count Baillie Jr as a member. Hosted by Vic Galloway, the night aims to celebrate all aspects of Scottish music.
