What sums up the sound of a Glasgow summer better than King Tut's infamous Summer Nights, a weeks-long lineup of stunning mostly local bands running from 14 Jul-27 Aug. Things kick off with Sweet Dreamer, an appropriately dreamy art pop group hailing from Glasgow, with fellow Scottish band Book Klub (pictured) following up the next day.

Other highlights from the packed programme include synth-pop group Echo Machine, an eclectic lineup from Lost Tones Collective titled Scotland in Colour, and Glasgow-based duo MEMES, before the wonderfully named Pizza Crunch round things up on 27 Aug.

There's something on almost every night, and there is no better way to get a taste of the Scottish music scene. Individual tickets are available from King Tut's.
