Gigs are thinner on the ground this time of year (people are busy wrapping! We assume!) but if you're feeling the gap in live music head to Summerhall this weekend for Lost Map Records' annual Christmas bash – Lost Map Presents Humbug! – with two back-to-back shows from their incredible lineup of artists and musicians, taking place 16 December.

Heading up the afternoon shift (1:30pm-5:30pm) are eagleowl, with appearances from Seamus Fogarty, Ichi and Raveloe. Playing at night (7pm-1am) are Free Love, Memorials, Islet and Blind Yeo among others. You can get individual tickets for each show, or buy an all-day pass that gets you into both for £25.
