Lady goes Gaga for Italian food

Lady Gaga loves cooking Italian food.

The singer – real name Stefani Germanotta – was raised in New York by American Italian parents and says they instilled their passion for pasta in her. Whenever she gets a break from her hectic career, the pop star enjoys rustling up homemade treats for her loved ones.

"I love to cook," Gaga said. "I am really good at Italian food because I come from a very Italian family. So I make great meatballs and pasta... Mmmm. They taste great."

The 23-year-old star has previously revealed she gets her lovers hot under the collar by cooking food for them - wearing just a pair of heels and sexy lingerie.

She said at the time: "I used to make my boyfriend dinner in my stilettos, with my underwear on. And he used to be like, 'Baby, you're so sexy!' And I'd be like, 'Have some meatballs.' "
