Fergie: "I'm a Madonna and a whore"

The Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie has revealed she thinks she's "a Madonna and a whore", and believes she's the perfect woman, because she's a mixture of naughty and nice.

The pop star says her split personality makes men - including her husband Josh Duhamel - go wild.

"You know, in Italy, Catholic boys are raised to believe that there are two types of women: the Madonna and the whore," the pop star told America's Cosmopolitan magazine. "And me? I'm both."

Josh is also a big fan of the curves Fergie - real name Stacy Ferguson - developed when she was told to gain weight for her role in new musical film Nine.

"When I came home from filming he was excited," Fergie laughed. "He enjoys having both: the extra meat to grab when it's there and the tight stomach when that's there. he's never been critical."

Fergie and Josh's marriage has been under pressure in recent weeks. The pair have been forced to deny claims the actor had an affair with a stripper just months after they married in January.
