Daniel Radcliffe allegedly spotted smoking weed

Daniel Radcliffe has reportedly been spotted smoking marijuana at a party.

The 20-year-old actor was seen wandering around a London house-warming party shouting, “I love weed!”

The star – who shot to fame playing boy wizard Harry Potter – was reportedly so “out of it” he let a girl draw all over his face.

Wadia Tazi, another guest at the party, told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “He looked spaced out and didn’t look like he knew what was going on. When the girl drew on his face, Daniel was laughing and seemed to find it funny. But he didn’t really look like he knew what was going on. I was surprised by his behaviour.”

But when Wadia and his fellow revellers started to recognise Daniel, the actor’s mood turned from cheerful to evasive.

Wadia added: “Daniel looked spaced out and away with the fairies. He didn’t want us to recognise him. When I said he looked like that actor in Lord of the Rings, he got a bit funny and said, ‘No, that’s not me’.

“I didn’t recognise him as he looked so different to what I expected from the films. Then he pulled out a huge joint and lit up. Daniel said he loved it. He seemed happy that neither of us knew who he was.”

Daniel has previously denied taking drugs. Just last year he said: “I’ve been around some amazing people and still managed to keep a real childlike view of the world. I’m not into drugs.”
