Comparing themselves to such established acts as the Beach Boys and the Kinks, the Manchester based Deadbeats have set themselves a formidable precedent. They have garnered critical acclaim from touring with such names as the Kaiser Chiefs, the Coral and even Celebrity Drug-Addict Pete Doherty. This download-only track is a sunny, uncomplicated homage to such bands, creating a surprisingly successful combination of country, 1960s rock and indie elements.
