Hadouken! - Not Here To Please You EP

The sheer power and exhilarating energy of the band's music cannot be denied.

Single title: Not Here To Please You EP
Artist: Hadouken!
Label: Surface Noise
So futuristic are Hadouken!, this EP is the first ever USB stick only release. They might be 'grindie' or they might be 'new rave', but whatever, the sheer power and exhilarating energy of the band's music cannot be denied. Whereas their first single, That Boy That Girl, employed the kind of electro effects that The Prodigy were pedalling back in the early 90s, Leap Of Faith from this EP stirs memories of bands like Rage Against the Machine and Faith No More, meaning that Hadouken! can't help but sound like a bit of a retro mishmash despite their widely celebrated modernity.
