Last Stop China Town - Into The Volcano

In a Universe parallel to our own, not far removed, Obama lost the last US election. Liverpool won the Premiership. Michael Jackson survived a brush with death. In this same wondrous reality Last Stop China Town are at the very cutting edge of music. Their over-wrought vocals echo round popular radio as boys sporting fashionable permed mullets clutch righteously towards the heavens: an army of leather-clad warriors worshipping at the altar of metal. Being true heroes, LSCT left that blessed Eden to spread the good word to our unfortunate selves. With this second album they brought lots of solos and double-kick drums, their journey soundtracked throughout by Iron Maiden. Unfortunately our world rejected their alien ways. Their tales of virtue and hearts of steel. As frontman Alon Bentley himself proclaims “I've travelled through space and through time / to be here to ignite your lives.” Sorry pal. Best get back in the van and keep moving.
