T-Break 2010 Line Up Announced

T in the Park may have morphed into a monolith on the festival circuit over the past sixteen years, however the folks behind the curtain have never forgotten their roots, and continue to provide an annual spring-board for a troop of unsigned acts, in the form of the T-Break tent.

Having raised their voices above the fury of almost 1,400 demo submissions, sixteen deserving Scottish acts have earned the right to front their wares at this year’s event.

As with each previous year, the focus has been on those acts that bring genuine innovation and a fresh approach to their sound, with unsurprising appearances in 2010’s line-up from The Seventeenth Century, with their swooning, string-scored cathedral-pop; Three Blind Wolves’ bruised country-rock, and the surreal and skewed locutions of Mitchell Museum.

With the following acts finishing off the weekends line-up, there’s plenty reason to turn your gaze from the main stage come July: Be Like Pablo, French Wives, Fridge Magnets, Kitty The Lion, Kobi Onyame, Lightguides, Make Sparks, Mopp., Night Noise Team, Stanley Odd, The Draymin, The Ray Summers and Washington Irving.
