The Vegan Leather – Shake It: Track Premiere

The Vegan Leather, named after a pair of trousers owned by the band's Gianluca Bernacchi, are finally ready to share their debut single Shake It with the world, and it’s an art-pop banger.

The quartet have been together since 2014, naturally gravitating towards each other in the small town of Paisley, which is currently bidding for UK City of Culture. Even though music is what has brought the four-piece together, they all come from very different musical backgrounds which can make their writing process really exciting, and you can hear their varying origins in Shake It. Bernacchi tells The Skinny: “I'm so excited to finally have this out. This is a special song for us as it signifies a sea change in our work flow, it feels like all four of us are really together and in sync.”
