Mohawks. Lots of them, all that can be said is that if the train spotter's punk equivalent were here tonight they'd be in heaven. But it wouldn't just be the Mohawk spotters left in a state of nirvana, for the crowd of adolescents and die-hard fans here tonight are in attendance for one thing only: Anti-Flag. Riding on the back of new album 'For Blood and Empire', the über-political punks open with old favourite Fuck Police Brutality, moving swiftly through with smatterings of old and new. But an hour-long set proves just a little too much and the brash, often annoying digs at Tony Blair and George Bush let down an otherwise stellar performance. [Paul Traynor]
