Multi-instrumental London duo The Big Pink are still surfing the wave of success since every trendy kid and sports show montage from here to Hackney gave them the thumbs up. Signed to 4AD, they released their debut A Brief History of Love in September last year and the electro-anthem that was lead single Dominos slithered out of every TV and stereo speaker it could find. Augmented live by a variety of session musicians – including Akiko Matsuura the rather hat-tip-worthy lady-drummer of Comanechi – this gig looks set to be an embellishment on a sublime formula.
