You've probably seen Zoe on telly recently (she's on it a lot), but now you can see her in person

Most important question first: Tell us about your show.

This show has no real theme to it what so ever thus the title " Some Random" it is simply a stand up show with bits of material from all over the place. The last few shows I have done have been quite heavily themed so I thought is would make a nice change for us all!

What's going to be unique about this performance of your show?

I am doing it entirely in the nude, by that I mean I will be naked under my clothes. Also I will be holding my breathe for the entire hour, I like to set myself a challenge.

Due to a lawsuit, you're forced to rename your show. What do you call it?

"Some tit was installing a fire alarm and used my last script as a ladder"

If your show was a dear friend who had just died, what would you say about it in your eulogy?

Bastard owed me £32 pounds.

What inspires you, other than comedy itself?

Oh I love just watching people, I often get caught staring and have to pretend I have gone into some kind of catatonic trance and my eyes just happening to be facing their way. Any form of travel usually provides some form of inspiration.

Is there anything in particular that you're looking forward to about playing in Glasgow?

I always treat myself to a nice curry when I am in Glasgow, best curry in the UK.

Or anything you're dreading?

The few hours after the curry.

Where do you stand on Scottish Independence?

I straddle the border.

Who would get your vote as president of an independent Scotland?

Mel Gibson

What's your favourite comedy festival in the world?

You are my favourite, you have always been my favourite the other festivals are just cheap imitations, I don't love them like I love you.

Would you like to make a disparaging comment about the Edinburgh Fringe in order to appeal to the Glasgow public? (Don't worry, nobody will remember this by August)

Edinburgh couldn't organise a trip to a brewery on a tram.

Zoe Lyons, 'Some Random' is at The Stand on Sunday 25 March at 7.30pm. Tickets £10/£9 http://www.glasgowcomedyfestival.com/shows/#!/shows/263
