Ocean Terminal Summer Party, Ocean Terminal, Edinburgh, 28 Jul

The Terminal has another stonkin' line-up for their summer party: Erick Morillo (making his first Edinburgh appearance in over ten years), Dirty South, Derek Martin (Musika), Gav Grant (Keep The Faith), and Gary Bowman will be taking over the main room, while in the Bacardi B-Live room Kerri Chandler (live), Ashley Beedle (Heavydisco), Reel People Sessions, Craig Smith (Soul Heaven), and percussion from Pepe Santa Maria will keep the crowd going into the wee hours. That enough house and electronic grooves for you? No? Then there's also the Terrace stage! Featuring DJ Beefy and Wolfjazz (Trade Union), Ross Hutchison (Asante Records), and Pete Groove (The Attic). Morillo will be playing a special three-hour funk and soul-inflected house set, while Beedle will hopefully be airing snippets from his upcoming solo work - be sure to check out our interview with Ashley Beedle in the August Skinny, and keep an eye out for interviews with some of the other acts in upcoming months.
