This release is taken from Felix's forthcoming album, Virgo Blacktro & the Movie Disco. Unfortunately the a-side Future Calls the Dawn, doesn't quite capture the feel and energy of some Da Housecat's previous releases such as his collaboration with Miss Kitten on Kittenz and the Glitz but it's still tuneful and easily danceable. It's actually b-side Sweetfrosti that's the better of the two tracks here – a catchy little ditty which sounds like it has been dipped into a barrel of Gameboy sounds and unleashed. Two very different tracks from the Chicago disco king to enjoy here. [Natalie Doyle]
