Fake @ Studio 24, Edinburgh, Aug 11

A fun-filled night for lovers of all things electronic (or even just lovers of music) where you are bound to hear something that will satisfy

The third instalment of Fake at Studio 24 proved that this night is not going to disappear off the clubbing radar anytime soon. A healthily packed dancefloor and a non-stop assault of upbeat tunes instigated a wonderful atmosphere for the Edinburgh punters. There was opportunity to floor hop between downstairs club Sleazy Cheezy – a smart move on Studio 24's part, giving plenty of opportunity for a change in style and scene mid-evening. The Fake playlist explores many genres, but the most memorable track of the night had to be The Knack's My Sharona: no matter who you are, no doubt you will find yourself tapping along to it or even shouting aloud the chorus. A fun-filled night for lovers of all things electronic (or even just lovers of music) where you are bound to hear something that will satisfy. [Natalie Doyle]
