Pinballing furiously from high-pitched pads to shimmering snares, before being relaunched by the flipper of a deep bassline, Akiko Kiyama's off-beat take on techno comes into its own on Get What you Deserve, as she bends the sound of M_nus minimalism into whole new shapes. It's fairly straightforward stuff, despite the ricocheting melodies, though it lends itself equally to both dancefloors and headphones.
